I was in the Motor trade and the trend was for fitters, who were replacing the traditional mechanic. It was easier to change a component than repair it. However, there is no substitute for experience and in Western Way Garage you have it in abundance. They have serviced and maintained our VW Golf, Caddy and Polo over many years. Thanks to John and the team who helped recently when I had a puncture, the repair was carried out straight away (no "spare tyre" these days) and with no charge.
