At Western Way Garage we are proud to be a well-respected independent garage that is owned and has been operated by three generations of the Parker family for over 80 years.

Now run by founder Harold Parker’s granddaughters, Clare and Helen, we work on all makes and models offering the full range of repairs and maintenance any car owner might need, to customers in Ponteland and surrounding areas.

Known for our exceptionally high-quality workmanship and customer service standards, we have many loyal second and third-generation customers who trust us to look after them and their vehicles, whether they need an MOT, a service, or repairs. We offer a local collection and delivery service, and up to a 50% saving on main dealer prices.

Our premises on Stamfordham Road in Ponteland provide a large, modern workshop, fully equipped with up-to-date tooling and diagnostics, a petrol station and a shop. Our hardworking team are always delighted to help in any way they can – no job is too big or too small.
